Services Description
Stacked AI provides data center advisory and deal origination services, including asset sourcing, transaction advisory, colocation placement, conversion and retrofit planning, capital advisory, and market intelligence. Our services are provided on an engagement basis and are subject to separate advisory agreements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stacked AI and its principals, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
